Individual Nordic Ski Coaching Plans

Month-to-Month Fee-Based Individual Coaching Programs

Basic Coaching Package: $300/Month

  • Personalized monthly training Plan
  • One private in-person or virtual ski coaching session per month, with technique video analysis. Virtual can be done by sending a video of your ski technique and reviewing it over Zoom.

Premium Coaching Package: $450/Month

  •   Personal Phone Interview
  •   Personalized training plan
  •   Bimonthly phone or text check-in.
  •   Weekly training plan with technique links
  •   Race strategy, recovery, and nutrition coaching.
  •   Ski preparation and waxing tips
  •   Once/month, in-person or virtual private coaching sessions with technique drills and video analysis.
  • Once/month, virtual technique video analysis ( client sends their ski technique video, and the coach will review it with a voice-over and visual pointer analysis).

Year-Round Individual Training Program: $5,000

Save $400 and register for the year-round Endurance Adventure training program. Your program will start the month you register and run a full year. Typical training programs start in April, but can start at any time that is convenient for your schedule.

Private Ski Lessons à la carte

Choose your technique, ability level (Class Descriptions), and choice of training venue. Coach Kim will meet with you in person for an hour of instruction on skate or classic ski technique, followed by video analysis.

Cost:

  • $100/1 hour private session
  • $50/1 hour per person (2 or more individuals who register together)

About Your Coach

Kim Rudd

Kim Rudd founded Endurance Adventures in 2022. Her passion for Nordic skiing started while racing in high school and being exposed to the famous Minnesota Finlandia ski race. She continued to ski race in college at Bemidji State University, where she met her soulmate and adventure partner, Craig Rudd. 

Kim has enjoyed racing for Team Rossignol for over thirty years in various ski marathons around the Midwest and internationally. Her claim to fame is winning the Noquemanon Classic and Skate races three times. A lifetime highlight was competing in the elite female wave for the 50th American Birkebeiner race with her daughter, Hannah Rudd! In the past few years, she has enjoyed competing in several World Loppet events, including the Norwegian Birkie and Swedish Vasaloppet marathons.

Kim has over thirty years of coaching experience for youth, teens, and adults of all abilities. She was the head coach at Armstrong High School for 10 years and led her team to several podium finishes at the Minnesota State High School Meet. She served as the TRAIL KIDS Program Director at the Loppet Foundation for 10 years. Kim continues to coach adult Loppet Nordic Racing classes and private adult ski-technique lessons.

Kim is a Level 200 USSA Nordic Certified Coach. She is excited to share her passion for travel, cycling, and Nordic skiing with other like-minded adventure seekers! Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, reading, traveling, and bike packing! She enjoys ski and bike adventures with her husband and two adult daughters.
