These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the trip participant, and Endurance Adventures, LLC (hereafter “Endurance Adventures”). By booking and participating in one of Endurance Adventure trips, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Children 16 years or older are welcome on any of our Endurance Adventure trips if accompanied by an adult. If you have younger participants who would like to attend please email Kim Rudd at firstname.lastname@example.org with a specific request and exceptions may be made depending on the age and ability of the participant.
Minimum Trip Participants Policy & Flight Booking
All Endurance Adventure trips require a minimum of eight participants to operate. On some occasions, we will make the decision to run the trip with fewer participants, but the minimum required for most trips will be eight. Endurance Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip that does not reach a minimum level of participation. Please contact Endurance Adventures at email@example.com to confirm your trip’s status before booking any flights. In the event of a registered participant trip cancellation, Endurance Adventures will not reimburse for any expenses, including, but not limited to, airline tickets.
Endurance Adventures trip cost is per person based on double occupancy, stated in US dollars. Until receipt of the final payment, Endurance Adventures reserves the right to update pricing due to currency fluctuations, inflation, and/or other factors beyond Endurance Adventures’ control. The trip cost covers only costs associated with the trip at the trip destination/venue; participants are responsible for their own air transportation to and from the trip destination/venue. Ground transportation will be provided by Endurance Adventures for all trips.
Reservations and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your trip reservation. Final payment for all trips must be made in full to Endurance Adventures at least 90 days before trip departure. Trip reservations will be canceled if the final payment is not received by the due date. If an Endurance Adventures trip is canceled due to not meeting the required number of participants, the participant will get a full refund including their $500 deposit.
Transfer Policy, Cancellations, Refunds
If you would like to transfer your booking to another Endurance Adventure trip, you may do so without additional charge if you request a transfer more than 90 days before the start date of your originally-scheduled trip. If the trip you are transferring to requires additional fees, you must pay the difference at the time of transfer. Any request to transfer received within 90 days of your trip departure date will be treated as a cancellation and will be non-refundable. If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations Based Upon Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If circumstances arise that cause the cancellation of an Endurance Adventures trip for reasons that are beyond Endurance Adventure’s control, Endurance Adventures is not obligated to return reservation fees or costs.
