Cuyuna, Minnesota MTB Trip

Women’s Cuyuna Mountain Bike Trip

May 29 – 31, 2026

  • Enjoy guided rides on the 70 miles of singletrack mountain bike trails hidden in the Northwoods of Cuyuna, Minnesota. Cuyuna is ranked among the best mountain biking destinations in the US. With 6,000 acres of Mother Nature’s best man-made creation, you’ll never forget. There are bike trails for all skill levels—from beginner to expert, easy to technical. Participants will be divided into fitness/ability groups to ensure everyone is challenged.
  • Learn new mountain bike skills from our trained coaches as you take in the views of crystal clear mine lakes surrounding Cuyuna State Park. Trip leaders will teach fundamental mountain bike skills, as well as intermediate progression skills for more advanced riders.
  • Relax with your new bike friends at one of Crosby’s excellent restaurants. The trip includes post-ride appetizers and yoga by the lake!

LODGING

Enjoy your bike-in, bike-out lodging from Crosby Lofts. Crosby Lofts is ideally placed to provide front-row access to what Outside Magazine recognizes Cuyuna as one of the top 26 places in the world to visit. Excellent dining options, including a wood-fired pizza restaurant, Thai cuisine, a farm-to-fork kitchen, artisanal ice cream, a brewery, and a cocktail lounge.

MTB/ABILITY EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

Endurance Adventures requires all participants to have previous mountain biking experience, feel confident in executing fundamental mountain biking skills, and be enthusiastic about multi-day riding. We will have riding groups for daily trail rides, geared to participants’ fitness/ability levels. Riders need to be fit enough to ride at least 10 miles of singletrack per day.

The trip will focus on exploring the trails in Cuyuna and gaining new mountain biking skills. Trip leaders will divide women into smaller groups based on riding ability, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience. If you prefer to ride shorter, easier routes, the trip leaders can handcraft a bike itinerary to suit your needs. Daily riding mileage will range from 10 to 20 miles, depending on each group’s fitness and skill level.

MTB SKILLS INSTRUCTION SESSIONS

Participants can register for one of the fundamental mountain bike skills or the intermediate/advanced progression instruction sessions.

Participants in this group will ride 5-10 miles per session.

Intermediate/Advanced Skills Coaching Group: This session will include an overview of the fundamental skills and an introduction to intermediate and advanced mountain bike skills, including front and rear wheel lift, level lift, high-speed cornering, track stand, and front lunge/drops.
